2005 Woodland Winter Festival

Woodland Winterfest 2005 sponsored by the Woodland Moose Lodge was held on December 3, 2005 in Horseshoe Lake Park in Downtown Woodland.

Jim Graham was declared winner of the 2006 Woodland Planter's Days theme contest by the President of the Planter's Days Committee "JJ" Burke. "Where Past And Future Mix in 2006" was the winning theme. Jim Graham, previous Mayor of Woodland was awarded the $100.00 cash prize. He turned the money back over to the Planter's Days Committee. Thanks a lot Jim.

Miss Woodland 2006, Tricia Rohm turned on the electricity to light up the Community Christmas tree.

Santa Claus arrived to the delight of everyone and was available for picture taking with the kids. All kinds of refreshments were served. People lined up waiting their turn to sit on the bales of hay, while they rode in the covered hay wagon.

Ridgefield and La Center had Christmas Celebrations on the same weekend.
