David Dynes Dedication Ceremony

A Dedication Ceremony, of the viewing blind, at Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge River "S" Unit, was held on June 4, 2006. The ceremony was on behalf of David Dynes. David loved the refuge and David was loved by all those that new him. For more pictures, click here.
