"Spring Gala 2007," a fund raiser, was held May 12, 2006 at the Colf family barn. A silent auction, oral auction, great meal, entertainment and fellowship was enjoyed by all. This years theme was, "Western With A Twist." For more pictures, click here.

LA CENTER MUSEUM ASSOCIATION MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the La Center Museum Association will be to preserve and to present historical information and items and displays of art, technology, science and industry related to the history of the La Center area. The Association will explore, analyze and honor La Center's past and will focus on the unique geographical setting, the wildlife, the early inhabitants and settlers, local industries, cultural and other contributions of the past. In addition, special exhibits will focus on how world, national and regional events have affected the lives of La Center area citizens.
