There is plenty of parking and the area is patrolled by the Sheriff's Department. There is a trail along the river bank that allows you to find your favorite fishing spot or just go for a hike. You can enjoy the sights and sounds while keeping an eye on the kids as they are playing in the cool water. Several picnic tables are available when you get ready to enjoy your lunch.
