Summer Lecture Series Continues

The lecture series continues this weekend with Discover Cathlapotle: A Decade of Archaeological Research at Cathlapotle” presented by Dr. Cameron Smith, adjunct professor at Portland State University. The archaeological record at Cathlapotle has revealed a wealth of information about the Cathlapotle People and their life ways. Some of Cameron's recent research has focused on what people stored in the giant, underground cellars beneath the houses. He will summarize what he's been finding, as well as talk about the site in general.
Open to the public. Suggested $5 donation per person or family supports the CPP Education Endowment Fund, under the auspices of the Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Committee of Vancouver/ Clark County.
